josee atkinson
CEO
A citizen of Barbados, Josee has grown up in the construction industry and holds degrees in finance, architecture and engineering. She has spent over 25 years developing land, managing construction projects for the high-end market and operating businesses.
In more recent years Josee and her team have been responsible for the construction of Limegrove Lifestyle Centre in Holetown, residential houses in Westmoreland & Sandy Lane – all located on the West coast of Barbados. Along with the Mandarin Oriental- Pink Sands located in Canouan. Additionally, they have worked with several high-end stores including Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, The Art Gallery and many offices spaces like TD Bank, RBC, Flow, Columbus main office, Buzo Restaurant, Primo Restaurant, Gildan International, Rubis headquarters and, Promotech headquarters, to name a few.
ADRIAN BRYAN
PROJECT ENGINEER
After graduating from the University of the West Indies with a degree in Civil Engineering, Adrian joined a leading construction company in Barbados as a Junior Project Manager/Construction Manager. He quickly gained experience in a wide range of construction methodologies and project management procedures. He then went on join Blue Print Management as Project Manager, where he continues to practice management procedures to successfully complete projects from initiation to closing.
JONATHAN FOSTER
PROJECT ENGINEER
A former student of Queen’s College, who sought further education with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. Currently employed as a Project Engineer with 10 years in the field of Project Management having managed the construction of various commercial and residential projects in Barbados and also St. Vincent & The Grenadines.
With a passion for construction of any kind, and a strong skill of team management & coordination, Jonathan is always eager to embrace new projects and seek more efficient ways for successful completion of projects.
KIM GOODING
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Kim is a Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years experience in cost managing commercial and residential projects. Environmental sustainability is her passion, and she is always looking for opportunities to balance user needs while preserving the environment. Her favourite quote: “The man who removes a mountain begins by carrying small stones … after winning the tender.”
OMAR BOODHOO
ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
Omar has more than fifteen years’ active experience in the preparation and design of quality two and three dimensional drawings. His standing offers a solid technical mind combined with excellent client relations. In addition, his careful attention to detail and ability to envision the results allows him to provide planning and development assistance during all stages of a project.
JAMES BOWIE
ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
James is an Architectural Technician with over 15 years of experience, he has worked on commercial and residential projects in Barbados and across the region. A team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design, James has extensive experience in detailing architectural drawings to meet our client’s requirements.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
With over 20 years experience in retail, Douglas takes pride in helping to solve a customer’s problem. No matter if it’s as simple as a new sink, or as complex as a full renovation, he loves helping a customer turn their dreams into their reality.
